Placing Orders

To place an order through JOYA™ for you Ltd. Website, you need to provide some personal information and declare you are over 18 years old.

Orders will be processed through JOYA™ for you Ltd. secure online store module.

Once you complete the online process, a confirmation email indicating that we have received your order, will be sent to you. This email is not the final approval of the order. Acceptance of your order will be processed separately once your order had been checked for product availability.

Prices

Supply and Back Orders

JOYA™ for you Ltd. makes best effort to complete and ship all orders immediately after payment in full has been received and cleared however, it is possible that an item will run out of stock. Should this occur, JOYA™ for you Ltd. sales representative will inform you immediately to establish approved backorder status or an alternate selection.

Approval of Receipt

Goods should be inspected on receipt and damage or shortages reported in writing to the carriers and ourselves within 3 days. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection at the company's discretion.

Returns

JOYA™ for you Ltd. will accept returns for orders only in the circumstance of manufacturer's defects, or in the case of error in shipment related directly to non-conformity with your order.

Returns will only be accepted after formal approval and within 3 weeks of arrival date. In addition, due to the intimate nature of our products, returns will not be accepted unless the returned items are clean and in original packaging.
